Terms and Conditions of St. Augustine’s Medical Service’s (SAMS) Fit To Travel Testing
If there is an error in the testing process that requires re-testing you will be charged a new fee. Errors include but are not limited to incorrect booking after providing details to reception staff (booking too far in advance that makes your sample invalid at departure/arrival)
SAMS is not liable for arranging details or changing appointment bookings should the country of destination revise their border restrictions or entry requirements. The patient is liable for these changes and will need to keep SAMS informed.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the identification details for your PCR Swab. This includes spelling of names, date of births, confirmation of email address and contact numbers before leaving the clinic.
We cannot offer a refund if you are late or do not arrive to your appointment. Rescheduling a test is based on availability and priority is given to current scheduled appointments only.

Your medical information will be stored within SAMS medical systems.If your sample provides inconclusive results and require re-testing you will be charged a new fee.
Inconclusive results are rare but it means that the lab can not provide you with clear results after testing your sample two times.
For positive results, patient details will be shared with The Ministry of Health in Grenada as part of national reporting processes.
We will send your result electronically. This is sent to your registered email address and if you have not received a result 12 hours before your flight please contact us.
We require pre-payment electronically prior to your appointment, if payment is not received within 2 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be notified via email. A transaction ID is sent from PayPal after a successful payment process.

Certificate for negative tests results will be issued after test results are received from the SAMS laboratory and emailed to the email address provided by the patient.
Positive results will be discussed with the patient via telephone number provided. Under circumstances that the patient is not reachable, results and appropriate advice will be emailed to the patient.
Cancellations and Refunds are processed under our policy and you will be charged a $20USD cancellation fee.
